To charge the earbuds, put them into the charging case in their correct orientation. A solid white LED for 2 seconds will indicate that the earbuds are being charged. Once fully charged, the LED indicator goes off. To charge the case itself, plug one end of the cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer, wall adapter, or power bank. Red LEDs will flash while the case is charging, and when the case is fully charged, it will be indicated by a solid white LED. If the charging case is not charging, check if the stickers on the charging points of the earbuds are removed, ensure the charging cable is not broken, and check if the type-C port on the case is damaged. If the earbuds are not charging, ensure that the earphone case is charged, check if the earbuds have been put inside the case in the right orientation, clean the magnetic connector pins on the case and connector place on the earbuds, and ensure both earbuds are charged before the LED on the case goes off.
