Yes, you can watch regular networks on the Roku TV. The unit has a built-in tuner for ATSC and NTSC over-the-air broadcasts (via antenna) or analog Cable TV. If you use a set-top box from your cable or IPTV provider, simply plug in a cable from the HDMI port on your set-top box to one of the HDMI ports on the TV.
