To adjust the throwing distance of the snowblower, you can adjust the auger speed using the auger-speed-control lever. Pushing the lever forward will increase the speed and throwing distance, while pulling it backward will decrease the speed and throwing distance. You can find the auger-speed-control lever on the handle assembly of the snowblower. Refer to the "Variable-Auger-Speed System" section in the user manual for more detailed instructions and illustrations.
