To set the time and date on your Armitron MD13280 Series Watch, follow these steps:
1. From the Time Telling Mode, press and hold the 'A' button until the seconds start flashing.
2. Press the 'C' button to reset the seconds to zero.
3. Press the 'B' button to move to the next setting, which is the hours.
4. Press the 'C' button to adjust the hours. Note that if you are using the 12-hour format, 'PM' will indicate 'p.m.' times.
5. Press the 'B' button to move to the next setting, which is the minutes.
6. Press the 'C' button to adjust the minutes.
7. Press the 'B' button to move to the next setting, which is the years.
8. Press the 'C' button to adjust the years.
9. Press the 'B' button to move to the next setting, which is the months.
10.Press the 'C' button to adjust the months.
11.Press the 'B' button to move to the final setting, which is the date.
12.Press the 'C' button to adjust the date.
13.Press the 'A' button to save the settings and return to the Time Telling Mode.
