To set the time on the TIMEX Dual Alarm Fm Clock Radio, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the Time Set Button until the hour starts flashing on the display.
2. Use the Minus Button (-) to adjust the hour. Press and release the button repeatedly until the desired hour is set.
3. Use the Plus Button (+) to adjust the minutes. Press and release the button repeatedly until the desired minutes are set.
4. If the hour is set for PM, the PM indicator will light up on the display. There is no AM indicator.
5. Press the Time Set Button to confirm the settings and set the time.
