To adjust the time on your Casio Illuminator watch model 5416, follow these steps:
1. Enter the Timekeeping Mode by pressing and holding the B button for at least two seconds until the seconds start to reset to 00.
2. Press the B button to move the flashing to the desired setting. The sequence of settings is as follows: seconds, hour, minute, 12-hour/24-hour format.
3. Use the C button to change the selected setting. For example, if you want to change the hour, press the C button to increase the hour or decrease it.
4. After adjusting the desired setting, press the B button to move to the next setting. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to adjust the minute and 12-hour/24-hour format.
5. Once you have finished adjusting all the settings, press the B button to exit the setting mode.
