To pair the GCBIG MD026 True Wireless Earbuds with your phone, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure both the earbuds and the charging case are fully charged before first use.
2. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. Both earbuds will power on and start pairing automatically.
3. Enable the Bluetooth pairing mode on your phone device.
4. Search for available Bluetooth devices on your phone and select "MD026" to connect.
5. You should hear a voice prompt saying "connected" when the earbuds are successfully paired with your phone.
If you encounter any issues during the pairing process, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure that the earbuds are fully charged and powered on.
- Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled.
- If the earbuds fail to pair, put them back in the charging case and repeat the above steps.
Additionally, it's worth noting that these earbuds can be used individually as well. If you want to use a single earbud, simply take one earbud out of the case and connect it to your phone. When using two earbuds, you can manually turn off one earbud or put one back in the charging case to use the other earbud alone.
