To sync the remote control with the Mattress Firm 300 Adjustable Base, please follow these steps:
1. Install the batteries: Open the battery compartment on the remote control and insert three batteries (not included) according to the polarity markings. Close the battery compartment.
2. Plug in the power cord: Connect the power cord of the adjustable base to a power outlet.
3. Rapid flashing: After plugging in the power cord, the remote control's backlight will start rapidly flashing.
4. Press a button: While the backlight is flashing, press any button on the remote control. The backlight will go away, indicating that the remote control is now synced with the base.
If the remote control is still not syncing with the base, please ensure that the batteries are inserted correctly and have sufficient power. You may also try replacing the batteries with new ones.
