Sure! Here are the step-by-step instructions for installing the Creality Sprite Extruder Pro Kit:
1. Remove the original hotend kit from your 3D printer.
2. Install the mounting backplane kit on the X-axis profile of your printer.
3. Select an appropriate slot on the mounting backplane according to the timing belt length.
4. Adjust the eccentric nut so that the mounting backplane kit slides freely on the X-axis profile without shaking.
5. Fix the Sprite Extruder Pro on the mounting backplane using 4pcs M3×6 hexagon round head screws.
For a visual reference, you can refer to the motherboard wiring diagram provided in the user manual to connect the terminal to the corresponding interface on the motherboard. Make sure to follow the cable labels and disconnect the printer power when wiring.
After installation, you will need to adjust the printer's Estep's value. The recommended value is 424.9, but it can be fine-tuned according to your actual printing situation. You can adjust the Estep's value through your printer's settings and click "Store Settings" to save the changes. If your printer does not support adjusting the Esteps value to 424.9, you can follow the alternative steps provided in the manual to adjust it using a text file and TF card.
Lastly, don't forget to level the printing platform again after the installation. The side adjusting xxxx on the Sprite Extruder Pro can be used to adjust the clamping degree between the extrusion gear and filament. Clockwise is for tightening and anticlockwise is for loosening. The withdrawal distance must be less than 3mm.
