To connect the Logitech Z407 speakers to your computer, follow these steps:
1. Place the satellite speakers on the stands provided and ensure they fit tightly.
2. Decide whether you want to place the speakers vertically or horizontally.
3. Plug the right satellite cable into the blue subwoofer jack and the left satellite cable into the gray subwoofer jack.
4. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet and you will hear a welcome notification sound.
5. Open the back lid of the wireless control dial and insert two AAA batteries.
6. The LED indicator on the dial will start blinking in blue.
7. Long press the Bluetooth button on the bottom of the dial to activate pairing mode. The LED will blink quickly and you will hear a pairing sound notification.
8. On your computer, make sure Bluetooth is activated.
9. Select and connect to "Logi Z407" in your computer's Bluetooth device list. You will hear a connected tone and the LED on the dial will turn into a steady blue light.
10. Alternatively, you can also connect via a 3.5 mm cable by plugging one end into the auxiliary input on the back of the subwoofer and the other end into the 3.5 mm audio jack on your computer. Press the wired input button on the back of the dial to switch to 3.5 mm connectivity.
11. If you want to connect via USB, you will need to purchase a USB cable separately. Connect one end to the micro USB input on the back of the subwoofer and the other end to a USB-A input on your computer. Press the wired input button on the back of the dial to switch to USB connectivity.
12. You can connect up to three devices simultaneously using Bluetooth, 3.5 mm, and USB connections. Use the Bluetooth button and the wired input button on the dial to switch between different audio sources.
13. Adjust the volume by rotating the wireless dial control clockwise or counterclockwise.
14. Enjoy your Logitech Z407 speakers connected to your computer!
