To set up your Nokia 2760 Flip Mobile Phone, follow these steps:
1. Turn on your phone by pressing and holding the power key.
2. Insert your SIM card:
a. Remove the back cover by inserting your fingernail into the small slot at the bottom of the phone and lifting it off.
b. If the battery is in, lift it out.
c. Slide the SIM card holder to the left and open it up.
d. Place the nano-SIM in the slot face down, close the holder, and slide it to the right to lock it in place.
e. Put back the battery and cover.
3. Charge your phone:
a. Plug a compatible charger into a wall outlet.
b. Connect the cable to your phone.
c. Your phone supports the USB-C cable. You can also charge your phone from a computer with a USB cable.
d. If the battery is completely drained, it may take several minutes before the charging indicator is displayed.
4. Explore your phone:
a. To open the apps list, press the center key.
b. To open an app or select a feature, press the center key right, left, up, or down to scroll to the app or feature, and press the center key to select.
c. To go back to the previous view, press the back key.
d. To go back to the home screen, press the power/end key.
5. Set up your personal preferences:
a. Change the volume: During a call or when listening to music, press the volume keys. To change the volume of your media apps, ringtones, alerts, and alarms, press the center key, select Settings, scroll right to Personalization, and select Sound > Volume.
b. Lock the keys and screen: To lock your keys and screen, press and hold the * key or close the fold. To unlock, select Unlock.
c. Set a screen lock: Press the center key, select Settings, scroll right to Privacy & Security, select Screen Lock > Screen lock > On, and create a four-digit code.
d. Write text: Press a key repeatedly until the letter is shown. To type in a space, press 0. To type in a special character or punctuation mark, press *. To switch between character cases, press # repeatedly. To type in a number, press and hold a number key.
6. Connect with your friends and family:
a. Make a call: Type in the phone number and press the call key. To end the call, press the power/end key.
b. Add a contact: Press the center key, select Contacts, select New, enter the contact details, and select Save.
c. Send a message: Press the center key, select Messages, select New, enter the recipient's phone number or select a contact from your contacts list, write your message, and select Send.
