1. Make sure the charging case is receiving power: Check if the charging case is properly connected to a power source. Ensure that the charging cable is securely plugged into the charging case and the power source.
2. Clean the charging contacts: The charging contacts on both the earbuds and the charging case may accumulate dirt or debris over time, which can interfere with the charging process. Gently clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the charging case using a soft, dry cloth.
3. Reset the earbuds: If the earbuds are not responding or charging, you can try resetting them. Pick up both earbuds from the charging case and hold down the buttons on both earbuds for about 5 seconds until the red lights turn on. Then, release the buttons and place the earbuds back into the charging case. Take them out again and try charging them.
4. Check the battery level of the charging case: If the charging case itself is not charged, it may not be able to charge the earbuds. Ensure that the charging case has enough battery power by charging it using a compatible power source.
