1. Drain the water system: Start by draining all the water from the fresh water tank, hot water heater, and all water lines. Open all faucets, including the shower and toilet, to ensure all water is drained.

8. Cover the RV: Finally, cover your RV with a breathable RV cover to protect it from the elements during the winter months.
