The charging time for the NOCO Boost Plus GB40 will vary depending on the discharge level and the power source used. The user manual provides a general guideline for the recharge time based on the charger rating:
- 0.5A charger: 12 hours
- 1A charger: 6 hours
- 2A charger: 3 hours
It is important to note that these are approximate times and actual results may vary due to battery conditions. When recharging, the charge level of the internal battery is indicated by the Charge LEDs on the device. The LEDs will slowly pulse on and off and become solid until all four Charge LEDs are on. When the battery is fully charged, the Green 100% LED will be solid, and the 25%, 50%, and 75% Charge LEDs will turn off. It is recommended to periodically recharge the GB40 to ensure it is ready for use when needed.
