If the is sealing the bag without vacuuming the air out, there could be a couple of reasons for this issue. First, make sure that the Sealing Arm is locked in place and fully closed before pressing the Vacuum & Seal button. If the Sealing Arm is not securely closed, the machine may skip the vacuuming step and proceed to sealing.
Additionally, check if the bag is properly inserted into the sealer. Ensure that the open end of the bag is aligned under the Alignment Bar tabs before closing and locking the Sealing Arm. If the bag is not positioned correctly, it may not create a proper seal and the vacuuming process may be affected.
