Yes, the Arrow-QG (Arrow-VI) can be configured to work without a SIM card. However, it will not be able to connect to the LTE network. The device requires a SIM card to establish a cellular connection for tracking and communication purposes. Without a SIM card, the device will not be able to transmit data or receive commands remotely.
