To install the Honeywell Portable Air Conditioner, follow these steps:
1. Adjust the window bracket to the width or height of your window and insert the plastic pin to fix it in place. Make sure the hole for the hose is not blocked.
2. Connect the hose to the hose connector on the back of the unit. Slide the hose connector downwards until it locks in place.
3. Connect the window bracket to the window bracket panel adapter. Ensure that all connections are tight and properly installed.
4. Cut the adhesive foam seal to the proper length and attach it to the window sash and frame.
5. Connect the window bracket to the window.
6. Cut the non-adhesive foam seal to the length of the window. Place it between the inner window sash and the outer window glass to prevent air and insects from entering the room.
7. The portable air conditioner is now ready to use.
Note: Do not replace or lengthen the hose, as this could cause the unit to malfunction. It is also important to follow the installation instructions provided in the manual to ensure proper installation and avoid voiding any warranties.
