To insert a SIM card and microSD card into your Samsung Galaxy A11, follow these steps:
1. Use the tool provided to open the SIM/microSD card tray.
2. Place the SIM card and optional microSD card (sold separately) into the tray with the gold contacts facing down.
3. Carefully insert the tray back into the phone.
4. Power on your phone and it will recognize the SIM card and microSD card.
