To thread the Singer Quantum Stylist 9960 sewing machine, follow these steps:
1. Raise the presser foot lifter.
2. Place the spool of thread on the spool pin, ensuring that the thread unrolls from the front of the spool.
3. Set the spool cap on the spool pin.
4. Pull the thread through the front opening and bring it towards the rear of the machine.
5. Pass the thread through the slit from right to left.
6. Bring the thread to the left and pull it down towards you along the slit.
7. Pull up the thread and pass it through the thread guide from right side opening.
8. Pass the thread through the needle eye from front to back, using the needle threader if necessary.
