No, the Presto Precise® digital pressure canner is only approved for use with low-acid foods. It is not recommended for canning high-acid foods such as tomatoes, pickles, or sauerkraut. However, it can be used for canning other low-acid foods such as meats, fish, poultry, and vegetables. For canning high-acid foods, you should use a boiling water bath canner following the appropriate guidelines.
