There could be a few reasons why you are unable to connect the camera to your phone. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Make sure that your phone's Wi-Fi is turned on and that you have connected to the camera's hotspot signal. The camera's hotspot signal is named with "BK***" and does not require a password.
2. Check if there are any other Wi-Fi devices nearby, such as a wireless router or Bluetooth device. These devices may interfere with the camera's signal. Try turning off or moving away from any nearby Wi-Fi devices.
3. If you are still unable to get a good connection with your mobile devices, try changing the Wi-Fi channel in the camera's settings. You can choose a different channel between 1 and 11. If this doesn't work, try changing the Wi-Fi channel on your mobile devices as well.
