To connect the EPEVER MPPT Solar Charge Controller to your solar system, follow these steps:
1. Make sure to read the safety information in the user manual before installation.
2. Connect the PV positive and negative wires from your solar panels to the PV positive and negative terminals on the charge controller.
3. Connect the battery positive and negative wires from your battery bank to the battery positive and negative terminals on the charge controller.
4. Connect the load positive and negative wires from your load (such as lights or appliances) to the load positive and negative terminals on the charge controller.
5. Install an external fuse or breaker as required in the circuit between the battery positive terminal and the charge controller.
6. Make sure all power connections are tight to avoid excessive heating from loose connections.
7. Only charge batteries that comply with the parameters of the controller.
8. The battery connection can be wired to one battery or a bank of batteries.
9. Ensure that the PV and load connections are properly insulated to prevent electric shock.
10. After connecting all the wires, power on the controller and check the LED indicators to ensure proper charging and operation.
