To preheat the NINJA FG551 Foodi Smart XL 6-In-1 Indoor Grill, follow these steps:
1. Plug in the grill and press the POWER button to turn it on.
2. Select the desired cooking function (e.g., Grill) using the cooking function buttons.
3. Use the left arrows to adjust the cooking temperature if necessary.
4. The grill will automatically start preheating. It will take approximately 10 minutes for the grill to reach the desired temperature.
5. Do not add food to the grill until the preheating process is complete. Adding food before preheating is complete may lead to overcooking and smoke.
Note: It is not recommended to skip preheating, as it can impact cooking results. However, if you would like to skip preheating, you can press the skip button after selecting a function and pressing the START/STOP button (when the unit is in preheat mode) to cancel preheating.
