To mute or unmute the Jabra Evolve 65 headset, press the volume down button for more than approximately 1 second. The headset will beep to indicate that it has been muted or unmuted. Please note that the mute/unmute control may not work when there is no application actively using the microphone running. Additionally, the headphones do not have a visual indication of whether the microphone is muted or not, but there is an audible indication. When muted, the headphones produce a short sound signal every 20 seconds.
