To connect your XCS7-2001-BLK camera to the HDWifiCamPro App for Android, please follow these steps:
1. Install the HDWifiCamPro App: Download and install the HDWifiCamPro App from the Google Play Store on your Android device. You can search for "Hdwificampro" in the store or scan the QR code provided in the instruction manual.
2. Hardware Installation: Set up the camera hardware by connecting it to the power adapter and mounting bracket as instructed in the quick start guide.
3. Connect to Camera's AP: Turn on the camera and wait for it to start in AP mode. The camera's WIFI indicator light should flash slowly. On your Android device, go to the Wi-Fi settings and connect to the camera's AP hotspot, which is named after the camera UID.
4. Add Camera to App: Open the HDWifiCamPro App on your Android device and click the "+" button to add a new camera. Select the connected camera from the list and enter the camera's UID or password. If it's your first time using the camera, please refer to the "set up the camera to connect to the WIFI network" section in the instruction manual to connect the camera to your router before adding it to the app.
5. Configure Camera WIFI: After adding the camera, click on the camera's name to watch the real-time video. To configure the camera's WIFI settings, click the gear button at the back of the camera on the video page. Select "Wi-Fi Settings" and choose your router's hotspot from the list. Enter the correct WIFI password and wait for the camera to get online.
6. Enjoy Real-time Video: Once the camera is online, you can control the camera platform, take snapshots, record video files, adjust brightness and contrast, tune intercom sound, watch videos in the SD card, and view camera alarm event records through the HDWifiCamPro App.
Please note that if the camera fails to connect or if you encounter any issues, refer to the troubleshooting tips provided in the instruction manual or consult the manufacturer's support for further assistance.
