To ensure that your MEDIC THERAPEUTICS Earbuds are working properly, there are a few things you can check:
1. Volume: Make sure that the volume is turned up on your earbuds. You can adjust the volume by pressing and releasing the volume/program button for 1 second. The earbuds will beep to indicate the volume level. If you can't hear anything, try increasing the volume.
2. Correct wearing methods: Ensure that the earbuds are inserted correctly into your ear canal. Clean your ear canal with a cotton swab before inserting the earbuds. The ear tip should fit tightly against your ear canal to prevent any gaps that may cause undesired noise or whistling sounds.
3. Charging: Ensure that your earbuds are fully charged before use. Connect the charging case with the provided power cord and charge for approximately 6 hours. The indicator light on the charging case will turn off once the earbuds are fully charged.
4. Program adjustment: If you are not hearing properly, you can try adjusting the program settings. Press and hold the volume/program button for 3 seconds to adjust the program. The number of beeps emitted from the earbuds will indicate the program setting. Make sure you have selected the appropriate program for your needs.
