To change the user code on your Schlage Encode Smart Deadbolt, follow these steps:
1. Press the outside Schlage button.
2. Enter the current programming code.
3. Press the "3" key.
4. Enter the new six-digit programming code.
5. Enter the new six-digit programming code again to confirm.
