To set the date and time on your Omron 7 Series Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor, please follow these steps:
1. Install the batteries: Push down the hook of the battery cover and pull downward. Insert 2 "AAA" alkaline batteries as indicated in the battery compartment. Close the battery cover.
2. Set the date and time: As soon as the batteries are correctly installed, the year will flash on the display. Press the [START/STOP] button to store the setting. It will automatically turn off after 3 seconds.
Note: If you need to reset the date and time, replace the batteries or press and hold the CLOCK button until the year flashes. Then, set the date and time as mentioned above.
