To pair a headset or smartphone with the Poly CCX 500 Business Phone, follow these steps:
1. Press the hamburger button on the phone to access the menu.
2. Select "Bluetooth" from the menu options. Alternatively, you can go to Settings -> Basic -> Bluetooth.
3. Make sure your headset or smartphone is in pairing mode.
4. Press "Pair New Device" on the phone.
5. Select your device from the list that appears on the screen.
6. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete the pairing process.
Once the pairing is successful, you will be able to use your headset or smartphone with the Poly CCX 500 Business Phone. Depending on the device, you will be able to answer or reject incoming calls, end active calls, mute calls, and control the call volume.
