To connect the Adorcam A4 Smart IP Camera with Battery to your Wi-Fi network, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the camera is powered on and the indicator light is slowly blinking in red.
2. Bring the camera and your smartphone to the router within 1 to 3 feet (30 to 100 cm) to ensure a good Wi-Fi signal.
3. Download and install the Adorcam app from the App Store or Google Play Store, or scan the QR code provided in the user guide.
4. Open the Adorcam app and register an account using your email.
5. In the app, click on "Add Device" and select "BATTERY CAMERA".
6. Select your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi SSID and enter the password, then tap "Connection".
7. Follow the on-screen instructions in the app and aim the camera lens directly at the QR code displayed on your smartphone from a distance of 5-8 inches.
8. When the camera successfully scans the QR code, a tone will be heard.
9. Tap "Hear a tone" if you hear the tone, then wait for the camera to connect to the network.
10. Once connected, you can name the camera and find a good mounting spot based on the Wi-Fi signal strength.
11. Click "Finish" to add the camera to your device list and start watching the real-time video.
Please note that the Adorcam A4 Smart IP Camera with Battery only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks and does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi. Make sure to select the correct Wi-Fi frequency during the setup process.
