To pair your Donerton Power Q20 Pro headphones with your smartphone, please follow these steps:
1. Turn on the headphones by taking them out of the charging case or pressing and holding the multifunction button for 2 seconds.
2. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone. Go to the settings menu and select Bluetooth.
3. On the headphones, press and hold the multifunction button for 2 seconds until the blue light starts flashing. This puts the headphones in pairing mode.
4. On your smartphone, search for available Bluetooth devices. The Donerton Power Q20 Pro should appear in the list of available devices.
5. Select the Donerton Power Q20 Pro from the list to initiate the pairing process.
6. Once the pairing is successful, you will hear a prompt tone from the headphones, and the blue light will stop flashing and remain solid.
7. Your Donerton Power Q20 Pro headphones are now successfully paired with your smartphone. You can now play music or make calls using the headphones.
If you are still unable to pair your headphones with your smartphone, try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure the headphones are fully charged.
2. Restart both your headphones and your smartphone.
3. Delete any existing Bluetooth connections on your smartphone and try pairing again.
4. Ensure that there are no other devices connected to the headphones. If there are, disconnect them and try pairing again.
5. If the issue persists, refer to the user manual or contact Donerton customer support for further assistance.
