To adjust the assist level on the Yolin YL80C E-Bike Display, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your e-bike is stopped and the display is turned on.
2. Press the button labeled "+" or "-" to switch the assist level.
3. The assist levels available on the display include levels 0-3, levels 1-3, levels 0-5, levels 1-5, levels 0-7, levels 1-7, levels 0-9, and levels 1-9.
4. Press the "+" button to increase the assist level or the "-" button to decrease the assist level.
5. Once you have selected the desired assist level, the display will show the new level.
