To use the convection feature on the SAMSUNG Freestanding Gas Range with Convection, follow these steps:
1. Press the "Convection" button on the control panel to activate the convection mode.
2. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to adjust the temperature according to your recipe.
3. Press the "Start" button to begin preheating the oven.
4. Once the oven has reached the desired temperature, place your food inside the oven.
5. The convection fan will circulate hot air throughout the oven, ensuring faster and more even cooking.
6. Monitor your food's cooking progress through the wide view window on the oven door.
7. When your food is cooked to your desired level, use oven mitts to remove it from the oven.
