To pair the MPOW M5 BH231A Bluetooth headset with your devices, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the Bluetooth of your first device is turned off.
2. Long press the headset to enter pairing mode.
3. Pair the headset with your second device. The blue light will flash slowly to indicate a successful connection.
4. Turn on the Bluetooth of your first device.
5. Manually connect to "hilpow M5" in the paired list on your first device.
6. After the connection is successful, your headset will be connected to both devices simultaneously.
Note: If your first device is an iPhone, you may need to manually connect, but if it is an Android device, it can be automatically connected.
If you encounter any issues during pairing, you can try the following steps:
- In standby mode, hold the MFB (Multi-Function Button) and Volume+ button simultaneously for 5 seconds to clear the pairing record.
- Then, long-press the MFB until the blue and red indicator lights flash alternately to enter pairing mode again.
