To charge the smart wristband, follow these steps:
1. Connect the included USB charging cable to the charging port on the wristband.
2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a USB wall adapter, car adapter, or computer's USB port.
3. Allow the wristband to charge for 3-4 hours. During this time, the indicator light on the wristband will flash blue and red alternately.
4. Once charging is complete, the indicator light will stop flashing.
It is recommended to fully charge the wristband before using it for the first time.
