To set up the fingerprint scanner on your Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G, follow these steps:
1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Scroll down and tap on "Biometrics and security."
3. Tap on "Fingerprint Scanner."
4. If you haven't set up a screen lock, you will be prompted to do so. Set up a PIN, pattern, or password as your screen lock.
5. Tap on "Add fingerprint."
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to place your finger on the fingerprint scanner. Make sure to cover the entire sensor area with your fingerprint.
7. Lift and place your finger on the sensor repeatedly until the progress bar reaches 100%.
8. Once the fingerprint is successfully registered, tap on "Done."
You can now use your fingerprint to unlock your Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G and authenticate various actions such as making payments or accessing secure apps.
