To activate your Lively Smart Phone, you have two options: online activation or phone call activation. Here are the steps for each option:
Option 1 - Online Activation:
Step 1: Visit lively.com/Activate.
Step 2: Follow the instructions online to select your plan and activate your phone.
Note: There is a discounted $25 activation charge for online activation.
Option 2 - Phone Call Activation:
Step 1 (for phone number transfer): Fill out the Phone Number Transfer Worksheet with your previous service information.
Step 2 (without phone number transfer): Call 1.888.900.1368 from another phone.
Step 3: The agent will help you select your plan and activate your phone.
Step 4 (for phone number transfer): The agent will collect the information on your Phone Number Transfer Worksheet.
Note: There is a standard $35 activation charge for phone call activation, but there is no additional charge to transfer your phone number.
Please make sure not to cancel your previous service until the number transfer is complete. The typical time for phone number transfer is 1-3 business days for cell phones and 5-7 business days for home phones.
