To pair your Bose QuietComfort Earbuds with your mobile device, follow these steps:
1. Turn on Bluetooth® wireless technology on both your earbuds and your mobile device.
2. On your earbuds, press and hold the "Pairing" button for three seconds.
3. On your mobile device, go to Settings > Bluetooth and make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
4. From the list of available devices, select "BOSE" and then select it again.
5. Select "Paired" and then "Pair".
6. After approximately 30 seconds, both devices should show "Connected" to indicate a successful pairing.
