To connect your CONICO Wireless IP Camera to your Wi-Fi network, please follow these steps:
1. Download the MIPC app on your smartphone or tablet. You can find the app on the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices). Alternatively, you can download it from the website www.mipcm.com.
2. Sign up for a MIPC account by tapping on the MIPC app and clicking on "Sign Up." Enter your desired username and password. It is recommended to bind your email for account security and password recovery.
3. Open the MIPC app and tap on the "+" icon at the top left corner of the screen.
4. Choose "Fix Cameras" from the options.
5. Scan the QR code on the camera using the MIPC app. You can do this by tapping on "Scan QR Code" and aligning your smartphone or tablet's camera with the QR code on the camera.
6. Select "Sound Connection" and enter your home Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password. Make sure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as the camera does not support 5GHz networks.
7. Connect the camera to a power source and wait for about 60 seconds. You will hear a sound indicating that the camera is ready.
8. Press and hold the reset button on the camera for 1 second. You will hear a voice prompt saying "Waiting for receiving wireless configuration information." Keep your phone closer to the camera and turn up the phone's speaker volume.
9. Wait for the camera to connect to your home router and the camera's server successfully. Once connected, you will see a notification on the MIPC app.
By following these steps, you should be able to successfully connect your CONICO Wireless IP Camera to your Wi-Fi network. If you encounter any issues, please refer to the troubleshooting section in the manual or contact CONICO support at support@i-conico.com.
