To clean the brush roll on the Bissell 2806, 2987 Series Turbo Clean Powerbrush Pet, follow these steps:
1. Turn OFF and unplug the machine.
2. Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the 3 screws on the brush roll cover.
3. Remove the belt cover.
4. Pull the brush roll out and remove the belt from the track.
5. Pull the belt off of the motor shaft.
6. Clean the brush roll by removing any debris or tangled hair.
7. Wrap the new belt around the motor shaft.
8. Put the belt on the brush roll track and put the brush roll back into position.
9. Align the brush roll mount to the xxxx post.
10. Reposition the belt cover.
11. Reinstall the 3 screws.
