To reset your AirTies Air 4920 Smart Mesh Access Point to factory settings, follow these steps:
1. Locate the reset button on the back of the device. It is a small button located in a small opening.
2. Using a metal paperclip with an extended tip or a strong toothpick, press and hold down the reset button for 10 seconds.
3. While holding down the reset button, you will notice the LEDs in the front of the device temporarily "shimmer".
4. After approximately 3 minutes, the device will reboot and return to its factory settings.
Please note that resetting the device will erase any personalized network settings you may have configured. It is recommended to record your network name, network password, and user interface password before performing a reset.
