To assemble the Deluxe Reversible Rack, follow the instructions provided in the user manual. The rack is designed to create deluxe 360 meals by placing proteins on the Deluxe Layer, sides on the lower layer, and grains on the bottom of the pot. For best results, use the Deluxe Layer for crisping, the lower layer for oven roasting, and the bottom of the pot for wetter ingredients. When air crisping with 2 layers, allow 5-15 minutes for the lower layer to crisp before adding the Deluxe Layer.
