To connect your Amazon AWS Fire HD 8 tablet to a Wi-Fi network, follow these steps:
1. Power on your tablet by pressing and holding the Power button until the screen turns on.
2. Swipe up on the screen to unlock the tablet.
3. On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Quick Settings menu.
4. Tap the Wi-Fi icon to open the Wi-Fi settings.
5. You will see a list of available Wi-Fi networks. Tap on the name of your home network from the list.
6. If your network is password-protected, enter the Wi-Fi password using the on-screen keyboard.
7. Tap the "Connect" button to connect to the selected Wi-Fi network.
Once connected, your Amazon AWS Fire HD 8 tablet will remember the Wi-Fi network and automatically connect to it whenever it is in range.
