To drain the water from the portable air conditioner, follow these steps:
1. Place a pan or container under the water outlet drain located at the bottom of the unit.
2. Unscrew the drain cover and remove the soft rubber stopper.
3. Allow the water to drain into the pan until it stops flowing.
4. Replace the soft rubber stopper and tighten the drain cover.
5. Remove the pan of water and empty it into a sink.
6. Operate the unit in Fan Mode for a while to dry the interior of the unit.
By following these steps, you should be able to drain the excess water from the portable air conditioner and resolve the "STOP" warning light issue.
