To connect your Logitech wireless keyboard K400 to your computer, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your Unifying receiver is plugged into a USB port on your computer.
2. If you haven't already, download the Logitech Unifying software from www.logitech.com/unifying and install it on your computer.
3. Start the Unifying software by going to Start / All Programs / Logitech / Unifying / Logitech Unifying Software.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions provided by the Unifying software to pair the new wireless keyboard with your existing Unifying receiver.
5. Once the pairing process is complete, your Logitech wireless keyboard K400 should be connected and ready to use.
If you encounter any issues during the pairing process, make sure the keyboard is powered on, the Unifying receiver is securely plugged into a computer USB port, and the batteries inside the keyboard are properly inserted. You can also try moving the Unifying receiver closer to the keyboard or reconnecting the keyboard and Unifying receiver using the Logitech Unifying software.
