There are a few possible reasons why your UBOX Camera may not be connecting to Wi-Fi. First, please ensure that the wireless network you are trying to connect to is using the 2.4GHz protocol. If your router combines 2.4GHz and 5GHz channels, you will need to access your router settings and determine the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi protocol.
If the UBOX app says "no Wi-Fi," it means that it is unable to detect a 2.4GHz signal. In this case, the Wi-Fi signal may be too weak. Try moving the camera closer to the router to improve the signal strength. Another possibility is that your router has Band Steering enabled, which combines the 2.4GHz and 5GHz channels. This can prevent the camera from finding the Wi-Fi setting. To resolve this, you will need to disable Band Steering by giving each channel its own unique SSID name (Wi-Fi name) in your router settings. If this is not possible, consider purchasing a dedicated single-band 2.4GHz router for your security camera system.
If you are still experiencing issues, please refer to the Using The UBOX APP User Manual for further troubleshooting steps or contact the UBOX support team for assistance.
