To connect your AGPTEK LW11 Smartwatch to your phone, please follow these steps:
1. Download and install the FitCloudPro app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your phone's operating system.
2. Open the FitCloudPro app and register an account or log in if you already have one.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to start the binding process. Tap on "Search Now" to allow the app to search for available devices.
4. On your smartwatch, navigate to the "Device" menu and select "+ Add Peripheral Now" followed by "Search Now." This will initiate the search for available devices.
5. After a few seconds, the FitCloudPro app should detect your AGPTEK LW11 Smartwatch. Select the device named "LW11-xxx" (the "xxx" represents the specific device ID) to complete the connection.
Note: For iOS devices, a pairing request may appear. Simply click "Pair" to establish the connection. For Android devices, there may not be a pairing request, and the connection will be established directly.
Once the connection is established, your AGPTEK LW11 Smartwatch should be successfully connected to your phone, and you can start using the features and functionalities of the smartwatch through the FitCloudPro app.
If you encounter any issues during the connection process, please ensure that your phone meets the compatibility requirements (Android 5.0 or above, iOS 9.0 or above, and Bluetooth 4.0+). Additionally, make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that the smartwatch is fully charged before attempting to connect.
