To set the date and time on the Olympus VN-541PC voice recorder, please follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the button until you see the word "Date" on the screen. Continue to hold down the button until you see the time flashing.
2. Use the + or - button to increase or decrease the hour. Press the button to advance to the minutes.
3. Use the + or - button to increase or decrease the minutes.
4. Once you have set the desired time, press the button to confirm and save the settings.
