To connect your Yealink T46U IP phone to your network, you have two options: normal AC power or Power over Ethernet (PoE).
1. AC power: Connect the mains power adapter (optional) to the phone and plug it into a power outlet.
2. Power over Ethernet (PoE): If your system administrator has instructed you to use PoE, connect one end of the Ethernet cable (2m CAT5E UTP cable) to the LAN port on the phone and the other end to a PoE-enabled network switch or PoE injector.
Once your phone is connected to the network, it will update its firmware. This process may take some time. After the update is complete, your Cloud Voice number will be displayed on the screen.
