Sure! Here are the step-by-step instructions to set up the JOOWIN JW-WR758AC WiFi Range Extender:
1. Plug in the extender and switch on the button located on the side. The lights on the extender will all light up.
2. Wait for about 60 seconds for the extender to initialize.
3. Connect to the WiFi network named "JOOWIN-XXX-2G" or "JOOWIN-XXX_5G" using your smartphone or computer. The XXX represents a unique identifier for your extender.
4. Open a web browser and enter "192.168.10.1" in the address field. This will take you to the extender's configuration page.
5. Enter the default password "admin" and click on "SET PASSWORD" to change the password for your extender.
6. The extender will scan and display the available WiFi networks. Select your WiFi network from the list.
7. Enter your WiFi password and click on "Save Setting" to connect the extender to your WiFi network.
8. After the setup is complete, the extender will reboot automatically. Reconnect to the new extended WiFi network named "XXX-2G" or "XXX-5G" (depending on your selection) using your devices.
9. If you want to enable the "Combine Wi-Fi" feature for better performance, turn on the option in the extender's settings.
10. If you want the extended WiFi network to have the same name as your original WiFi network, turn on the "Sync your device" option in the extender's settings.
11. Once the setup is complete, you can directly enjoy the extended WiFi network without the need to reconnect.
Please note that the default network segment is 192.168.10.1. If your superior network also uses the same network segment, you may need to modify the settings in the advanced configuration.
